Though still a self labelled ‘work in progress’, Dr. Emilie has long been an ally. She has taken healthcare queer competency training, taught the LGBTQ path to parenthood classes with Acubalance and the Olive Fertility clinic and worked serving the LGBTQ community for over a decade. Most importantly, she is happy to take your lead and give you the support you need.
Mental health support
Acupuncture can be a helpful non-verbal tool to support mental wellness. Clients are encouraged to share only what they want. The treatments can be combined with group or individual counselling and medical support. All appointments are confidential and a safe space to process and heal from:
Fertility and parenthood planning
The path to parenthood can look very different depending on each persons journey and circumstances. Dr. Emilie creates a plan geared towards all of the controllable aspects of the process for you.

Menstrual health concerns are often completely dismissed, with few options or tools to help. Dr. Emilie takes the in depth gynaecological history of Chinese medicine and combines it with the modern knowledge of today and the unique circumstance each individual to address concerns such as:

Pregnancy and postpartum support
Pregnancy is often a joyous occasion, but it can also bring on a myriad of symptoms and feelings that can leave you uncomfortable physically and/or emotionally.
